FIGMATION is based in Singapore.

What is the currency quoted?

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars.

Where do we ship to?

FIGMATION ships worldwide! We use Singapore Post or Fedex for shipping. As we are based in Singapore, shipping fee will be quite costly to some countries. Please feel free to check with us the shipping fee before placing your order.

We offer free delivery to all Singapore addresses.

When will my order be charged?

1. If you opt pay full, you will be charged the full amount when the order is placed. Shipping fee will only be billed when product is ready to ship to you.

2. If you opt to pay a pre-order deposit, only the amount of the deposit will be charged when the order is placed. Your remaining balance and shipping (if any) will be processed when the item is ready to ship. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Domestic Customers can choose to make payments by Paynow or Bank Transfer.

Overseas Customers can choose to make payments by Alipay, Applypay, Credit Cards or Googlepay. 

Non-Refundable Deposit

What is an Non-Refunable Deposit? 

Pre-Ordering a product requires a Non-Refundable Deposit in order to reserve it. The deposit is non-refundable. It means that you have to pay that deposit amount even if you cancel your order.

Non-Refundable Deposit cannot be transferred if your order is canceled, for any reason.

Non-Refundable Deposit cannot be reinstated and placed on a different order.
