Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Terms and Conditions") between you and FIGMATION (“FIGMATION”, “Management”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and applies to your use of FIGMATION’s Services (the “Services”). You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Before you make any purchases, you must first establish a customer account. 

1. Introduction

FIGMATION is an online specialty store that provides customers with a diverse selection of anime figures, comic collectibles, and toys. With free delivery to your doorstep in Singapore, competitive pricing, and quality assurance, FIGMATION is committed to providing a convenient and hassle-free shopping experience. Incorporated in 2012, we aim to fulfill every enthusiast’s dream of finding and acquiring what they desire by providing a huge variety of merchandise available. 

FIGMATION strives to be the best online retailer to cater to the needs of customer. Our online store offers exciting features and functionality to reflect product information, convenience and customer service. In additional, we hope that it will create a unique online shopping experience for customers. 

2. Eligibility for Service

a. The Services are only available to customers who have signed up, establish and maintain an account with FIGMATION.

b. You must at all times provide us with such information as may be necessary or desirable for us to provide you with the Services.

c. We may decline acceptance of your application at our discretion.

d. You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under this Agreement without FIGMATION’s prior consent.

e. We reserve the right to transfer or assign this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement at any time.

3. Retail Price of Products

a. The retail price of the Product stated herein shall be subjected to review by FIGMATION from time to time at its discretion.

b. We reserve the right to determine, in our absolute discretion, and adjust the retail price without authorized consent.     

4. Order Deadline

a. We recommend ordering/pre-ordering as soon as possible when you receive product solicitation so we can ensure your orders. To ensure that you get the product and quantity you order, make sure you order before the deadline. Orders placed after deadline is not guaranteed and may not be fulfilled. 

5. Release Date

a. Est. Release Date is only an estimated date of the product release. It may not reflect the actual manufacturer release date.  Release date is subject to change.

6. Order Fulfillment

a. Pre-orders are filled as soon as we receive stocks in our inventory. Please note that most figure products are limited and stock shortage may occur. FIGMATION will allocate accordingly for popular or stock shortage items.

b. All in stock orders will be processed immediately.

c. All orders will be ship to customers as the product is available. We will not notify customer prior to shipping. We are unable to hold orders more than 7 days.

7. Stock Shortage

a. If stock shortage occurs, we will set your orders to Backorder. If we cannot confirm restock, your order will be deleted from your account. Immediate full refund will be made to you.

b. As manufacturers of products sometimes release figures in batches or waves over a period of a few months apart. This will cause significant stock shortage and delays. If your order is not fulfill in the initial release, orders will be back ordered waiting for the next release(s).

8. Cancellation

a. FIGMATION will not accept cancellation for any reasons. Any cancellation will result to all non-refundable deposit or payment paid to be forfeited and your account to be terminated. 

9. Shipping Method

a. You are responsible for all shipping cost, duties, tax, and insurance.

b. All Local Delivery is free of charge. 

c. All other international shipments will be ship via Fedex or Singapore Post.  

10. Lost or Damage

a. If damages are caused during shipping, please contact shipping courier. FIGMATION is not responsible for lost or damages caused by shipping courier during shipping.

11. Sales of Returns (SOR)

a. (SOR) are applicable only to products that are found to be faulty and have to be rejected at the point of receiving. All other reasons will be subjected to approval from the management of FIGMATION.

b. You have 3 days to inform us about the defects and obtain approval for returns of products. Please note that unapproved returns of item(s) will be disregarded.

c. Defects do not include paintjob of the product, superficial shipping, and damage to outer packaging, such as bends, creases, minor of the products.

d. All Approved SOR has to be packed and sent back in a proper and secure way.

e. You are responsible for all shipping cost. 

f. SOR will be examined and if defects are genuine, exchange of products will be sent out in 2 days.

g. FIGMATION will be responsible for the shipping cost to send to you if defects are genuine.

h. All reports of defective products after 3 days will be disregarded.

12. Exchanges

a. If stock shortage in inventory for exchange,

i. we will set your orders to Backorder. If we cannot confirm restock, your order will be deleted from your account and immediate full refund will be made to you. 


ii. you may choose to exchange for products of the same value.


iii. you may choose to top up with more money to purchase other products of higher value available in inventory.

b. FIGMATION regrets to inform you that we will not accept requests for compensation or replacement of item(s) due to superficial shipping damage to outer packaging, such as bends, creases and minor. 

13. Ordering Cut-off time

a. Cut-off time for orders for the day is scheduled at 5pm [(UTC +08:00) Singapore] daily.

i. ordering must be placed before 5pm[(UTC +08:00) Singapore], in order to be processed on the day itself;

ii. working day / hours are from 10am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, not including Public Holidays.

14. Payment 

a. Upon confirmation of orders Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) or full payment will be required.

b. Local Customers can choose to make payments by Paynow or Bank Transfer.

c. Overseas Customers can choose to make payments by Alipay, Applypay, Credit Cards or Googlepay.  

15. Update Information

a. Please update all necessary information by logging into your account when there are any changes.

16. Shipment of Pre-Order items

a.  Pre-Order Item will be shipped out within 3 working days when products are in inventory.

17. Ending the Service

a. Without prejudice to the rights either party may have against the other party under this Agreement for any antecedent breach of this Agreement, the Services under this Agreement may be terminated by either party giving 1 working day’s notice to the other party without assigning any reason.

b. If you give us notice of termination with outstanding orders / payment:-

i. you must immediately pay us for the outstanding amount;

ii. outstanding order(s) will be voided with immediate effect;

iii. all non-refundable deposit or payment paid will be forfeited.

c. In the event of any of the following:-

i. you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other agreement you have with us;

ii. you become or threaten to become bankrupt or insolvent, or die;

iii. you make any arrangement or composition with or assignment for the benefit of your creditors or go into either voluntary or compulsory liquidation or a receiver, trustee, judicial manager or administrator is appointment over any of your assets;

iv. the equivalent of any of the events referred to in paragraphs (ii) and (iii) above under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction occurs to you;

v. you provide incorrect, false or incomplete information to us;

vi. the requirements of any relevant regulatory authority result in us having to stop the Service or to provide the Services in a manner which is unacceptable to us;

vii. if you are likely to create imminent harm to our provision of the Services, or defraud us, or are likely to create imminent harm or are abusive to our personnel.

d. In the event that we suspect you are using or allowing the Services to be used for fraud, misconduct or any other illegal or improper purpose, we will refer this to the relevant authorities without notice to you and comply with directions or guidelines issued by then without further reference to you.

e. If the Services are terminated:-

i. all sums due, accruing due or payable to us in respect of the Services, up to the date of terminations (including late payment charges) will, upon termination, become immediately due and payable to us;

ii. The termination of this Agreement will not affect any accrued rights or remedies of either party against the other party.

18. Changing the Agreement

a. We may from time to time change any of these Terms & Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by you. We may also from time to time, withdraw, suspend, or change the Services or any part thereof. Such changes will take effect as from such date as we may determine. We will notify you of such changes through written notice, electronic mail, our website or such other form as we may deem appropriate. You agree that the display of the revised Terms & Conditions on our website will constitute notice of the changes. Your continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the changes.
